Last week I came across a new tool that every website owner or administrator should use. This tool is Uptime Robot. Uptime Robot is an online tool that monitor’s your web server’s uptime every five minutes and will alert you when the server goes down. As a designer and a WordPress admin I try and use every available to out there to help me in my projects. Having to know so many different programming languages, I tend to forget certain codes or what scripts to use. I find that using cheat sheets come in handy. Today’s links are for two sites with a list of different cheat sheets for different programming languages. These sheets can be downloaded in a PDF file.I found cheat sheets for CSS, PHP, and javascript but, there are many more out there. Take a look out there, you won’t be disappointed.
165 Free High Quality Wallpaper

As a designer, I am constantly changing out my wallpaper. I am always on the lookout for new sources for high quality wallpaper. When looking for new wallpaper, the first thing I like to do is go to my Google Reader and check the design blogs I read everyday. Some of those sites will occasionally post a batch of in creditable wallpaper to choose from. Today I came up lucky and found 3 batches of high quality wallpapers. I will be updating my wallpaper database in a few days and downloading most of these in the near future.

Adobe makes a great line of multimedia editors, but they can be expensive. For the causal user, its even worse. Below are are some tools for everyone to use. What I like about these tools is I do not need to carry a USB portable apps to use on a public machine. There are times when I can’t use my portable apps and I have to find a free online tool to do it.
