Late last night I received an email from Yahoo! Since I never get emails from Yahoo!, I was curious to see what it was about. To my surprise, it was an announcement that Delicious was sold to AVOS, the creators of YouTube. The best part is that AVOS is keeping the services alive and will be revamping the service very soon.

Cascading style sheets (CSS) were created to define how HTML elements will display. CSS can be implemented on the index page or as a stand alone file. In most cases, I would recommend using an external style because you can easily make changes to the style sheet by updating the code and simply replacing the file on the server.
