Wow! How time flies. Earlier this week, I realized it was already the end of the month and I didn’t get the chance to create a collection of Photoshop Tutorials for September. So this month, there will at least two Photoshop tutorial collections.
The Best Photoshop Tutorials Created In September
After going back through my bookmarks and searching my favorite tutorial sites, I found a lot great tutorials but I found ten great articles that are mostly for beginners and a few for advanced users. We have a few great tutorials that teach you some tricks to use on your photos and few photo manipulations.
This tutorial will show us how to create a vintage movie ticket. The tutorial is for beginners.
“In this quick tip tutorial, we will explain how to create light leaks and lomo effects for you photos using actions in Photoshop. Let’s get started!” This is a beginner level tutorial.
“In this tutorial, I will show you the steps I took to Create a Surreal Burning Tree Scene with Falling Particle Effect in Photoshop. We will be using some of the new brush presets in Photoshop CS6 and use them to add the fire burning effect and the falling particle effect.” This is an advanced beginner level tutorial.
“Retro photo effects are all the rage! There’s plenty of apps to give your photos the vintage look in your iPhone, but what about your desktop images? Follow this super quick Photoshop tutorial to easily add a retro effect to your images in 3 simple steps, or just skip to the end and download the Action.” This is a very easy tutorial and is considered to be a beginner level tutorial. I use a similar technique to create these same vintage camera effects for some of my images. This tutorial was actually created on Oct. 1st. But I wanted to share it now since a lot of the tutorials on this collection are beginner level.

“Photoshop has been one of the best tools for matte paintings and photo manipulations. This tutorial will show you how I created this dramatic lake scene and techniques you can use to create your own.” This is an easy photo manipulation and is considered a beginner level tutorial.
“Learn how to create this fantasy photo manipulation of Red Riding Hood. This tutorial will show you how to work with the Pen tool, create an illusion of depth, lighting, and more!” This is a great tutorial for photo manipulations for advanced manipulations.
