MMO – Making Money Online Social Network

Today I thought I would share with you a new social network for blog submission. The site is MMO Social Network. I have spoken about MMO in several posts but never really talked about it or explain why I like the site so much. So today I thought I would give it a review and explain what MMO is.

So What Is the MMO Social Network?

“We at MMO social network have the “dream” of making a good network of people who are interested in Making Money Online, and give them the ability to communicate through our website, so we must allow our members to submit content on related topics to Making Money Online and make friendship with other helpful people.”

MMO (Making Money Online) Social Network is a bookmarking website like Digg or Reddit. But the difference is that it is a small community and the owner, Hesham, works for us to build the community. As a member of MMO you can book any article, blog post or a website and share it with the community and visitors of MMO. The only catch is that the articles should focus on topics related to Making Money Online. These can be related to SEO, WordPress, web design, blogging, and Making Money Online.

How Can Help MMO Help Me and My Blog?

Making Money Online can help you by driving traffic to your site and help you find new blogs to read and learn from. Everytime you make a submission, your submission is voted on. After the submission gets enough votes, it will be published to the first page. To make the best of MMO you need to make friends comment, and vote on other user’s submissions. Just like the other sites, the more you participate the more traffic you will get.

As a member, you can also submit articles from sites that are not yours. Submitting articles that others have written will help them promote their work and they will find MMO. By adding more links to the network ,this help will you generate more income. Yes, that’s right you can generate revenue. MMO offers revenue sharing through Google Adsense.

If you want to promote your work that you submit to MMO, MMO now offers a vote submission button you can install on your website. MMO also has ReTweet buttons on each submitted links.

MMO Review

MMO is a great network, and has great potential. The site is only several months old and there is not that many users as other larger networks. So as the site grows, you can grow with the network helping promote the site and help Hesham with network. I haven’t seen any issues that are worth mentioning here. The issues I have had in the past was when the site was first starting out and Hesham resolved the issues within twenty four hours. The only issue I have and its really not an issue is the way the vote button works. Most vote button automatically auto fill the fields on the submission pages, such as title, description, and trackbacks if it has it. If this was setup, it would cut down marketing time and leave more time to work on other posts. Of course I have requested this from Hesham and probably doesn’t even know I want this added to the code. So when I have the time, I will request this and let every know if this works.

I do get a fair amount of traffic from MMO as well. Since December through February my traffic from MMO is thirty six new visitors and is thirteenth best in traffic sources. So if I submit more articles and market the site more then I should get more traffic.

Currently, I have not been monitoring my revenue sharing but, so far I can tell that I have only made about twenty five cents. This could be better, not sure how much, and would like some feedback from other MMO users before I judge this as a weakness because the site is still to new or if its me not marketing. After looking into this further, I need to market a little more and start submitting articles from other sources to help raise my page impressions.

As for features, there is not much I would want to add, maybe add Google Buzz submit buttons.
