It\u2019s been a few days since I last posted. I normally would have made several posts during the week, but since it was a holiday weekend, my wife and I decided to take some much needed time off and take a six day vacation away from social media, work and friends. Of course, we really didn\u2019t shut down the computers, but we avoided social media, blogging and work. I only checked email every so often to make sure I did not have any new business requests. Since we are about 6 hours from the beach we decided to spend our vacation between family in Houston and time on the beach in Galveston, Texas<\/a>. Originally we planned to hit one our favorite beach spots on the Gulf Coast (Gulf Shores, Alabama<\/a> or Destin Florida<\/a>) but due to the recent issues with BP<\/a> and the oil spill<\/a>, we decided not to risk it and just went local.<\/p>\n

During our time off, I used some of my free time to think about what goals I want to accomplish for Evolutionary Designs<\/a>, posting frequency and the design of the site. My wife and I talked about the future of Evolutionary Designs, another site I am about to create, and about the future of her site that I will be converting to WordPress sometime next month.<\/p>\n
