Joomla! is an open-source content management system platform which allows people to easily and seamlessly create websites and other applications.<\/p>\n

Since its launch in 2005, Joomla! has focussed primarily on its ease of use and the ability for Joomla! to be modified and improved by developers. Since then, it has grown and has been downloaded over 85 million times, attracts 1 million new downloads monthly, is updated with 5 new extensions daily and has millions of monthly visitors to its website.<\/p>\n

Joomla! is completely free and open-source available to anybody who has a desire or need to build a dynamic and modern website which is robust and can be used for a variety of purposes.
