I find that the one thing that can make or break a design project is the type of font used in a project. Using a boring web safe font or even one of the default fonts that comes with every operating system is just that, its boring and it can make a work of art look average.<\/p>\n

But with the right font, you can make that average design project a work of art. To get you started here are ten free and grungy typewriter fonts.\u00a0 Of course these fonts may not work for your project, if they don\u2019t, take a look at Urban Fonts<\/a>. They have a ton of great free fonts.<\/p>\n

Free Grungy Typewriter Fonts<\/h2>\n

All fonts in this collection are free typewriter styled fonts. The fonts are considered \u201cfree\u201d but make sure to look at the font designer\u2019s terms of use. Some designers, may not allow their fonts to be used for commercial purposes or they simply might want a link back to their site.<\/p>\n
