They are adding new features and refining features that have issues. <\/p>\n<p>One of the features that I like is the ability to <strong>format your Google Plus statuses<\/strong>. Although formatting of status updates isn\u2019t a new idea, surprisingly not all social networks allow us to format them. <\/p>\n<p>Even though Google Plus doesn\u2019t have fancy formatting buttons like you might find on a forum or blog editor, Google does allow you bold, italicize, and do a strike through to the font when creating a status update. <\/p>\n<h2>Google Plus Status<\/h2>\n<p>To add formatting to your status&#160; updates, follow the examples below<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To bold, add a * before and after the word(s) you want to bold <\/li>\n<li>To italicize, add _ before and after the word(s) you want to italicize <\/li>\n<li>To Strike Through a word(s), add \u2013 before and after the word(s) want to strike through. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Google Plus Status Formatting<\/h3>\n<p>For example you set your status like this.<\/p>\n<p>Hi guys did you here what *John Doe* said about blank? He said _blah, blah, blah-.
